Senberg on HeligolandOn the way we find out that a dog much like a cat can be both dead and alive the gaze of a mouse can change the universe and a comic book can actually make uantum physics fun easy to understand and downright enchantin. The book is an attempt to explain the development of uantum mechanics as a uest to understand the nature of matter and energy The book partially succeeds as some of the explanations are uite good However parts of the uest seem uite disjointed It reminded me of the physics lessons in school so the book has good nostalgic value for meThe artwork is fabulous with interesting use of colour over mostly black and white ink drawings La République radicale (1898-1914) on HeligolandOn the way we find Caulaincourt : Diplomate de Napoléon out that a dog much like a cat can be both dead and alive the gaze Le colonel Mayer - De l'affaire Dreyfus à de Gaulle of a mouse can change the universe and a comic book can actually make uantum physics fun easy to understand and downright enchantin. This graphic novel kicks off with Bob main character mourning over the loss of his good friend pet dog Rick Rick comes to life in a form of a hallucination convinces Bob to go on an adventure to get back on his feet We then watch alongside Bob as he gets sucked into a wormhole kickstarts his mission to uncover the mysteries of the uantum universe He like myself am not entirely educated about uantum physics but he meets various theoretical physicists gains valuable lessons There are reading notes glossary at the end of the book to explain in clearer detailsWe are later on introduced to alternate universes all present in the same reality which I’ve been very interested in Sometimes I wonder what the other ‘me’ is up to; where they are living betterworse lives than I have whether they meet love the same people that I doAbout the visuals I usually like colourful things but because this book was mainly in black white I was able to follow the storycontent without getting distracted As some contents got heavier to absorb there were little coloured elements sprinkled through that was able to keep me engaged Towards the end we see coloured elements appearing the final story ends with an alternate ending to Rick’s mishapI definitely wish that I read this graphic novel years back when I was still in school struggling to understand plain science physics I’m thankful that graphic novels like this exist which made my life a lot easier trying to understand these theories Le colonel Mayer - De l'affaire Dreyfus à de Gaulle out with Hei.
