    There are some decent ideas in here I don't think the average person will find every recipe the sort of thing they would make on a regular basis but it's great for ideas to assemble your own bowls Some of the nutritional information suggests that not all bowls are for all people; for example one serving of a certain recipe roasted veggies with cheese if I recall was 1700 calories and 92 carbs That had to be a typo But if you are comfortable with picking and choosing items that you may find less calorie dense this is a useful book for ideas I'd give it 2 12 stars but nothing specifically grabbed me enough to bump it up to three
