This is very beautifully written the author has certainly done her homework on the pre Raphaelite era has woven Tennyson and art so intricately that the book is very seamless I don't like uotes at the start of chapters I found them distracting but they were well chosen Benedict wants a model and Lady Cameo wants to be an artist herself She tricks him into believing that she's a governess and through the time spent modelling for him learns from him and falls in love I felt in love with the paintings than the painter the author is very vivid in her description
