Debbie Macomber always writes great books This dealt with love and betrayal And always a happy ending

Not bad I found Angie to be a very frustrating character And her dad was so rude and nasty especially since their relationship was described throughout as pretty solid even after all he did I am glad he came around by the end and Simon’s mother too though I saw that coming

In all honesty this was not one of my favorite Debbie ma comber books Could have been the time in which the book was written 80's but i found the main character Simon to be overbearing demanding and just down right selfish Angie never seemed to have the confidence to tell Simon that he was in serious need of an attitude adjustment With all this being said there was minimal character development Plot was interesting as was the family dynamic and two lovers defeating the odds However it seemed as though the plot was stretched too thin

I am so happy that I won a copy of this book through a giveaway on Good Reads I loved every minute of the book It grabbed me from the very beginning and I hated to see it end It is filled with emotions and ups and downs It is a heartwarming story of second chances and getting over the past Thanks for my copy I really enjoyed this book

Not my favorite kind of story I just did not like the two main characters At times I wanted to stop reading but yet I needed to know how it ended The ending was not satisfying either I also felt Glenn got a raw deal I guess I really would not recommend this for anyone Since I have read other books by this author I will continue with others she has written

This was an awful read And that is a sad statement considering that most of her books are really goodThis one I had to force myself to finish I hated Angie and Simon These are two individuals who have no idea on the difference between love and lust and the only good character Glenn was wasted The two main characters had absolutely no chemistry I really wish I did like this bookI do not recommend this book for anyone
